Tall and growing girl

Freshman Nancy Mulkey was originally playing center at Greenwood High in Bowling Green, KY and stood 6 foot 6  and 14 years old at the time this photo was taken.

 

With 6'10 brother

Standing 3 inches taller than her mother, she grew from 5 inches from 6'1 over the previous year.

Now at 6 foot 8

Before transferring over to Cypress Woods, she grew to 6 foot 9

Mulkey was one of 33 players who accepted an invitation to attend the 2013 USA Basketball U16 national team trials, which begin next week at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. The team will play in the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship June 19-23 in Cancun, Mexico.

At 15 years old, Nancy is fast approaching 6'10 and growing.
